To even be looked at to join FALKEN RACING you must meet these requirements:
-Be at level 45 or higher on Shift
-Have an awesome car design on NFSMW and NFS SHIFT
-Have downloaded at least one add-on, either Team Racing, Ferrari Package, or Exotic Package.

Requirements on your cars when in the Team:
-Have the manufacturer vinyl "Falken" at least once on all sides of your car in NFS SHIFT
-In NFS MW you must have at least one car with the "TEAM FALKEN RACING" Design
